2009 Make-A-Wish Fundraiser a Success!

The evening of February 6 was another fun, lively, family evening of kids games, chili and hot dogs.
We learned the week of the event about our sponsored child: 11 year old Joshua (pictured here). He was able to join us at the Chili Supper and was introduced to everyone present. We presented Joshua with a backpack full of his favorite things. Two days later Joshua and his family flew to Orlando to visit Disneyworld, Universal Studios, and more. See some photos here.
Treasurer Rob estimates funds raised will be about $11,000. This is very good for a tough year in our area. Listed below are our Corporate Contributors and Friends who helped.
